Ecommerce solution

The Challenges
The client needed a fast, reliable online store launched on a tight timeline, without the overhead of a heavy ecommerce platform like Shopify or WooCommerce. Cash on Delivery had to be a first class payment option since that's how most customers in Pakistan prefer to pay. The site also needed to build trust quickly, since Shilajit is a product people are naturally skeptical about buying online, and load fast on mobile where most of the traffic was expected to come from.
Our Solutions
We built a custom storefront using React on the frontend and Laravel on the backend, giving full control over performance and user experience without the bloat of off the shelf platforms. MySQL handled product, order, and customer data with a schema designed for quick scaling as the catalog grows. Cash on Delivery was built in as a native checkout option, and the entire flow was optimized for mobile since that's where most buyers land from social media ads.

Measurable
Business Impact
The final product exceeded all initial KPIs, driving user engagement and streamlining operations for the client.
"The client launched with a store that felt premium and trustworthy despite being a new brand, with a checkout flow simple enough that customers could order in under a minute. The COD first approach matched local buying habits and removed a major friction point that typically stalls conversions for new Pakistani ecommerce brands."
